Kronos Time Clock Roll-Out
HBE West was the choosen partner to configure and deploy Kronos time clocks for eighteen (18) skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The time clocks were configured to the customer's specifications, and installed and tested locally, or shipped to out of state facilties.

iPad Pilot Program
Configure and ship Apple iPads to two skilled nursing / assisted living facilities for a partner pilot program.

Skilled Nursing Facility Closing / New Startup - Portland, Oregon When a customer was exiting one building and moving into a new 54-bed facility, HBE was asked to evaluate their existing IT equipment, and purchase and configure the new equipment. HBE also recycled outdated equipment, including HIPPA compliant disposal of user data.

New Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living Facility - Tualatin, Oregon HBE purchased, inventoried, and configured the IT equipment for a 134-bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility. The customer had their own problems with getting occupancy for the building, HBE was able to help by storing the equipment until the city would allow us in.

Existing Facility Closing / New Facility Startup - Newberg, Oregon When a customer was exiting one building and moving into a new 54-bed facility, HBE was asked to evaluate their existing IT equipment, and purchase and configure the new equipment. HBE also recycled outdated equipment, including HIPPA compliant disposal of user data.

Facility Upgrade / EMR Conversion - North Bend, Oregon Skilled nursing / assisted living community. Evaluation and upgrading of equipment, purchase / configure wireless network, equipment for electronic medical record conversion.

EMR Conversion - Oregon and Washington When a major healthcare provider asked HBE to coordinate the equipment upgrades for 36 skilled nursing / assisted living / independent living facilities in Oregon and Washington, we were excited. When they later asked us to purchase all the equipment, we were ecstatic. Then they told us it needed to be complete in eight months, we didn’t ask why. We knew that getting over 1000 pieces of equipment configured and to the correct location would not be easy, but we combined our procurement, management and technical skills, and completed the project on time.

New Facility Startup - Las Vegas, Nevada Purchasing and configuring equipment for a 76-bed skilled nursing / assisted living facility.

EMR Conversion - Oregon, California, Idaho and Nevada (22 skilled nursing / assisted living facilities) – Equipment for electronic medical records conversion.

New Facility Startup - Vacaville, California Purchasing and configuring equipment for a closed door pharmacy.
